I ordered in advanced and they have datepicker with date specifying which date it should be delivered, but alas nothing was delivered on the specified date. I contacted support and no one replied and only replied late in the evening on the date it should be delivered. I don't get why they have datepicker when they are not delivering it on the same date it should be delivered. I am kinda disappointed since this is hamper should be for our anniversary and it is one day late. My gf waited for whole day for a call or delivery but no one came nor contacted. The hamper is in a box not a basket as seen on the picture, it was delivered in a box and put in a disposable box as well. The cheese is so-so not the one shown on the picture like emmental square cheese. Overall, I don't think the price for this hamper is a good deal given the quality of the items on the hamper and the delivery cost which is late.
